At Busy Bees Early Learning, we believe it is important to show gratitude and appreciation to the amazing people in our organization and the broader community. We value all the people who contribute to improve the lives of our children and ensure they remain safe, happy and healthy.

‘We Love You Week’ was implemented in 2018 as a week to dedicate to spoiling our teams and our community. We spend this week focusing on spreading the love and taking a moment to appreciate one another, as well as our wonderful families and children.

This year, we kicked off We Love You Week with a foyer display with lots of love to brighten the day of our families, children, staff and visitors to the centre. Children assisted to decorate this environment with artworks they had created at the centre. Later in the week our preschool children created homemade cards for members of the local community including our healthcare workers and police to thank them for their valuable contribution to our community, particularly during recent challenging circumstances such as the ACT Lockdown.

Our wonderful neighbours, the Australian Federal Police, stopped by to collect their homemade cards and talk to the children about how to stay safe in the community. The friendly officers even brought one of their police dogs with them which the children thoroughly enjoyed!

Creating connections with our community is important to developing a sense of belonging for our children, while providing them with enriching experiences and opportunities for learning. At Busy Bees at The Park, we provide quality childcare and early childhood education for children aged birth to five years. Our purpose-built early learning service features beautifully designed open plan rooms, dedicated art studio, dining hall and spacious outdoor settings tailored for each age group. You will find roadways, sandpits and beautifully planted areas where children are encouraged to ignite their curiosities and sense of discovery.

Busy Bees at The Park is conveniently located in the Brindabella Business Park at 37 Brindabella Circuit. To book a tour or find out more about our childcare service, visit: https://www.busybees.edu.au/locations/brindabella/
