25 Catalina Drive, Majura Park

25 Catalina Drive is the product of considered design and is a landmark building located in the heart of Majura Park. Designed with best practice principles enabling a highly efficient workplace and a dynamic environment to maximise environmental sustainability. 25 Catalina Drive will be 100% electric, carbon-neutral, 5 Star Green Star, 5 Star Nabers Energy* and will have a 99kw PV System installed on the roof.

25 Catalina Drive is in the heart of Majura Park, positioned within walking distance to all of the business park amenities including the Majura Park Shopping Centre. Set in an established, mature landscaped precinct which is already home to Commonwealth agencies and blue chip private sector companies. 25 Catalina Drive is a new generation of building, leading the way in Environmental sustainability as well as design.

Construction Update: 17 March 2022

Over the past two months the building’s roof sheeting has been installed and completed, with the final blades and panels being installed to the external façade. The glass atrium glazing panels are also nearing completion, bringing the building to water proof status.

Internal dry walls, and ceiling grid system has now been complete up to office level 5, with tiling to wet areas complete up to level 1 and well progressed on level 2.  Flooring carpet tile installation will commence at the end of March 2022.

Extremal Landscaping preparations have commenced with an expected completion date of June 2022
