Physical activity is not only beneficial for physical health but can also positively impact mental health and overall wellbeing. We’ve spoken to Tyler from Eighty8 Health Performance who has given us some hot tips on ways to stay healthy and active while at home. There is no exercise equipment required for the below exercises and can be easily completed at home.

3 daily health and fitness goals

  1. Walk over 3,000 steps per day
  2. Drink a large glass of water when you first wake up
  3. 1-2 cups of fruit per day

Bodyweight home workout

  • 10 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • 5 burpees
    1 minute rest
  • 200m run
    1 minute rest

Complete five rounds.
