In these Carpark Terms of Entry (Terms):
- CAG means Capital Airport Group Pty Limited and any of its subsidiaries and associated companies
- Car Park means any boom-gated or controlled car park owned or operated by CAG but does not include Airport Terminal carparks.
CAG offer a number of different ways for customers (You) to book, manage, use and pay for carparking services in our Car Parks (Parking Services). Parking Services are only valid for those Car Parks that are specified when You sign up for our Parking Services. You are only permitted to use those Car Parks as specified to you from time to time.
- Failure to produce proof of payment for Parking Services upon request may result in additional fees being charged.
- Maximum continuous parking time is 24 hours.
- Parking is permitted in marked bays only. Infringement notices may be issued for failure to park in marked bays.
- You must update your details via your online account or notify the Brindabella Parking Office if any of your details change.
- If you have received a parking pass card: lost, stolen or damaged cards may be replaced, subject to payment of an administrative fee. You must contact the Brindabella Parking Office to arrange replacement.
- Parking fees are subject to change from time to time as determined by CAG.
- Parking fees are non-refundable. This does not apply to unexpended credit.
- You must comply with all rules and directions displayed within the Car Park and any directions given to you by CAG staff.
- Parking is at your own risk and no liability is accepted by CAG or its employees for loss, theft or damage to or from vehicles parked in CAG car parks.
- The Parking Services do not create any tenancy or confer any interest upon You by way of lease, licence, or otherwise in any part of a Car Park.
- Electric chargers are not permitted to be used otherwise than in zones specifically marked as available for electric charging.
- Conditions of entry and limitations of liability are displayed at car park entrances.
- We may collect personal information as part of the provision of the Car Park Services, our privacy policy applies which can be accessed at https://www.canberraairport.com.au/privacy/
