CANBERRA AIRPORT REWARDS

The Canberra Airport Rewards program brings tenants exclusive deals, prizes and competitions, right at their fingertips. The app is an easy-to-use solution for retailers and consumers. It is now available to download in the AppStore or Google Play.

Getting started:

  1. Download the app by searching ‘Canberra Airport Rewards’ in the AppStore or Google Play or if you’re on a mobile device download the app here.
  2. Click ‘sign up’ and fill in your details. You can complete your account information once you’re all signed up.
  3. You will receive a verification email to activate your account – if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact our team at rewards@canberraairport.com.au.
  4. Once verified, you can access all the current offers and competitions as well as view the store directory.

Using the app:

  1. Once you’re all set up on the app you can view the current retailer offers in the ‘rewards’ tab.
  2. To redeem an offer, visit the participating retailer, and select ‘view more’ when you’re at the counter.
  3. Click ‘redeem’ then scan the QR code on the counter.
  4. Once scanned, show the staff member behind the counter to check off and apply the reward.
  5. Once checked, click ‘done’.
