What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio Tennis is a fun, energetic workout comprised of tennis based activities. The workout is done to the latest music and players hit 100's of balls per session. Cardio Tennis is great for individuals and teams looking to get fit, work together and compete in a social environment.

How many players can participate?

Cardio Tennis can be run with groups up to 10 players.

How long are the sessions?

Cardio Tennis sessions are usually 45 minutes.

When will this program start?

This program will be held every Wednesday for 4 consecutive weeks, starting on Wednesday 14th August 2019.

Session 1: Wednesday 14th August 2019

Session 2: Wednesday 21st August 2019

Session 3: Wednesday 28th August 2019

Session 4: Wednesday 4th September 2019


There will be two classes held per session:

Class 1: 12pm - 12.45pm - Please note this class is now full.

Class 2: 12.45pm - 1.30pm

Where will this program be held?

This program will be held at Fairbairn, at the tennis courts on Richmond Avenue. Click here to download a map.

Do I need to be a good tennis player?

We generally recommend players have a basic tennis or sport background but even beginners can enjoy Cardio Tennis as classes can be adapted to a variety of skill levels within the same session.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment is provided so just bring yourself and wear comfortable workout gear.
