Register your interest for the Eighty8 Pilates 8 week program, which kicks off on Friday 16 March at 6:30am, located at the Majura Park training facility.
What is Pilates and how can this class benefit you?
- Physio led Pilates is deep core strengthening and is the perfect supplement to your gym workouts. Pilates assists in rehabilitation post injury or post birth. It is also great for reducing back pain, improving mobility and posture, and preventing injury.
The Pilates program will run for 8 weeks, and is open to everyone (not just Eighty8 members). You will have the option to join Eighty8’s unlimited class membership or to purchase an 8-pack of Pilates classes only.
