The Eighty8 Fitness team encourages ALL levels of fitness to try out their scorcher challenge. They have scaling options for all exercises/techniques, beginner classes and motivating trainers who will support you along the way.  For those experienced trainers looking for a change in routine, or to tick off some new year goals, don’t worry… Eighty8 Fitness have something in store for you too.
