To celebrate the Truffle Festival, Helix Bar & Dining at the Vibe Hotel Canberra Airport has a truffle inspired menu for lunch and dinner until the end of August.
And, in association with The Truffle Farm and Clonakilla Wines, the Helix Bar & Dining is also hosting a Truffle dinner masterclass on 29 July from 7pm to 10pm.
An evening to experience premium wines paired with a contemporary 4 course Truffle menu, bookings for the masterclass are essential and cost $110 per person.
